I am currently writing a book looking at how UK financial institutions such as banks, insurers and pension providers can work better for women.

From receiving our first pay cheque to drawing down our pensions we are engaging with systems that facilitate gendered finance gaps, which no amount of extra personal saving or budgeting is going to reduce. Personal Finance is Political explores alternative actions we can take to create fairer and more equal finance systems.
